1. Lightweight 6-axis Design, Extremely Easy Deployment

The overall weight ranges from 11.2kg to 21kg (optional), with a modular structure for easy carrying and transportation. The Portable Robotic Welding System supports three installation methods: magnetic suction, crawler and track, which can be fixed at any angle on the steel surface to meet all-attitude operations such as vertical welding, horizontal welding and overhead welding. No complex installation and fixation are required; it can be turned on and work quickly upon arrival at the site, especially suitable for high-altitude, closed and mobile workstations.

2. Simple Operation, Low Threshold for Getting Started

It supports three operation modes: drag teaching, 3D CAD automatic programming and tablet centralized control, without the need for professional robot programming. It has a built-in mature welding process expert database, which automatically matches materials, plate thickness and weld forms, and calls the optimal parameters with one click. The training cycle is short, and ordinary workers can operate independently in a short time, reducing the dependence on senior welders.

3. High-Precision Tracking, Consistent Weld Quality

The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm, combined with 3D vision and laser weld tracking, real-time scanning and real-time deviation correction. It effectively overcomes problems such as workpiece errors, fluctuations in assembly gaps and environmental interference, ensuring stable forming of multi-layer and multi-pass welding. The welds are uniform and beautiful, with low defect rate, and the consistency of finished products is much higher than that of manual welding.

4. Full-Scenario Adaptation, High Protection Level

It is compatible with MIG/MAG/TIG welding processes, capable of welding plates from 0.5mm to 100mm+, and applicable to mainstream materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
