Featuring drag-and-teach technology and a tablet operating interface, the robot can automatically memorize and reproduce the path simply by dragging the welding torch to the start and end points.

Built-in digital welding process packages automatically match the optimal scheme according to material, plate thickness and welding type. Ordinary workers can master operation after only 2–3 hours of training, greatly reducing labor and training costs.

3. High-Precision Welding with Stable Quality

With a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm and an absolute positioning accuracy of 0.6mm, it effectively avoids defects such as porosity, slag inclusion and uneven welds, ensuring workpiece consistency and aesthetic appearance.

Adopting 3D vision + laser sensing dual-sensor fusion technology, it quickly scans the workpiece surface, accurately identifies various weld contours, corrects welding deviations in real time, and realizes fully automated welding from the first layer to the last layer.

4. Multi-functional Adaptation for Complex Working Conditions

Supports various welding processes including MIG, MAG and TIG, applicable to carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials, covering spot welding, straight welding, fillet welding, swing welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.

It is compatible with thin plates of 0.5mm–2mm, medium-thick plates of 4.5mm–25mm and ultra-thick plates over 100mm.

With IP68 high protection grade, it operates stably in harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust and high humidity, meeting outdoor and on-site welding requirements.
