"Robot support system" refers to the collective term for peripheral equipment, core components, system integration, and service support provided to support the robot in achieving full functionality and improving application efficiency. Its core purpose is to enable the robot to adapt to specific scenario requirements and complete automated and intelligent tasks.

Core Components

Sensors: Including 3D vision, force sensing, LiDAR, infrared, electronic skin, etc., used for environmental perception and status monitoring.

Controllers and Chips: As the "brain," responsible for decision-making and motion planning.

Reducers (such as harmonic reducers and planetary reducers): account for 35%–45% of the robot's cost, directly affecting motion accuracy and load capacity.

Servo motors and drive systems: provide power and enable high-precision motion control.

End-effectors and peripheral equipment:

Robots/grippers (electric, pneumatic, intelligent grippers): Used for grasping and manipulating objects.

Positioning mechanisms/rails/turntables: Extend the robot's working range or adjust workpiece posture.

Specialized tools: Such as welding torches, spray guns, suction cups, etc., configured according to the application scenario.

Drag chain systems, linear guides: Ensure cable safety and extend the travel distance.
